Shaji Paulose joined erstwhile KCL in March 2006. Shaji heads the Formulation Development Department of the company. He had earlier worked with ICC, New Delhi and Falma Labs, Bangalore. He also had a stint in academia as a Principal of the Madras College of Pharmacy, Chennai for a year.
His background in Pharmaceutics helps him to handle the company's requirement in the area of developing newer formulation methodologies based on new developments in the area. He is currently carrying out pioneering work in this area, based on a Patented System and Mechanism for delivering usually insoluble and complex Pharmaceutical molecules and his work is expected to aid the development projects of the Group in the days to come.
